Capricorn horoscope for March 23, 2026
Work feels personal today, even the dull parts. Go easy on stressed coworkers, and on yourself when the plan needs a tweak.
The Sun and Neptune meet today, softening edges and stirring imagination. Lovely for art, music and daydreams, less lovely for fine print. For you, this lands in home, family and the private life behind your front door. The waxing crescent asks for early effort and a little faith. Keep going even while the progress is still hard to see.
The Sun sinks to the base of your chart this month, drawing attention to home and family. Nesting, sorting and reconnecting with your roots all feel right.
Try this today: Clear your desk completely before you start work.
